Pour in 3 ounces of Aperol

Next, gently pour 2 ounces of Prosecco over the Aperol. You can use the back of a spoon or a cocktail stirring stick to help the Prosecco float on top of the Aperol, which creates the classic layered look of an Aperol Spritz.

Top off your spritz with 1 ounce of Black Cherry Lime Sparkling Water

Give it a gentle stir to combine the ingredients slightly, but don't over-stir as you want to keep the layered effect
