Pumpkin Bourbon Float

Ingredients

1.5 oz Non-Alcoholic Bourbon

4-5 oz Organic Zero Sugar Root Beer

Ice

Pumpkin Cream Cold Foam

1/2 cup Pumpkin Butter

1/2 tbsp Mulling Spice (or your preferred sweetener)

1/2 cup Milk (2%)

1/2 cup Heavy Cream

Fall is here, which means we are obsessing over alllll the fun mocktail combos for cozy, chilly nights in!

Directions

1. Add ice to glass

2. Pour 1.5 oz of Non-Alcoholic Bourbon 

3. Mix in 4-5 oz Nixie Organic Zero Sugar Root Beer

4. Top with Pumpkin Cream Cold Foam

 

HOW TO MAKE PUMPKIN CREAM COLD FOAM (serves 3-4):

1. 1/2 cup Pumpkin Butter

2. 1/2 tbsp Mulling Spice (or your preferred sweetener)

3. 1/2 cup Milk (2%)

4. 1/2 cup Heavy Cream

5. Marry everything together in a jar and froth it — and shake it up! Refrigerate and repeat. Cheers!
